Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, harmonious contact with all customers and suppliers.
• Assist with bookings for servicing and repair of vehicles and equipment
• Raise work orders, process quotes and purchase orders as required.
• Contact suppliers and obtain order numbers, service documents for work completed.
• Closing out completed work orders in the CMMS (Mex).
• Answer customer and supplier enquires concerning vehicles back in service.
• Assist with maintaining the service schedule compliance for all West coast Business units where applicable.
• Assist the scheduler with deferred service and repairs, liaising with customers to ensure equipment is re-booked at a time suitable to suppliers.
